I remember when I first joined the high school gymnastics team.  I was a lousy gymnast, but joined more for the training regimen.  well, the first day,icould baely do a pull-up. But you build slowly, rep by rep and day by day.  In about three-four weeks time, I was doing thirty pull-ups, dips, and hand stand push-ups…in a row.  If you’re starting an exercise program, check with your doctor. Then, go slow and steady.  Stick to it. Little by little, you’ll get there.
