In a previous video, you were shown the unboxing of this razor. Now for the review!

The Edwin Jagger Ebony short-handled razor gives you a surprisingly nice shave. I found it to be an even better shave than the standard sized Edwin Jagger razor, the EJ DE89L (Lined Handle).

Plus this smaller Edwin Jagger comes with their well regarded DE89 razor head and is priced about ten bucks cheaper. But hurry! I see that the price is starting to increase. Perhaps the folks at Edwin Jagger see that this particular razor is finding favor with many, many traditional wet shavers.

BTW, one of my favorite razors, and the one the brought me back to wet shaving, is the Vikings Blade Chieftain. Although it travels well, I tend not to pack it for fear I may lose it.

However, the EJ Ebony, priced at under 25 dollars, makes for a nice travel razor. It’s small, compact, gives a nice shave, and you won’t be out 40 or 50 dollars if you lose it.
