Today is Georgetoon.com’s birthday!  One year ago today, the blog launched.  And how ironic is this following little tidbit?  When this particular strip ran in weekly papers,  it was scheduled to run the week of July 14, 2002!  The strip was dated 7/15 (Monday), but here in the states, we count Sunday as the first day of the week.  The same week that I drew a birthday strip in 2002,  is the same week that my blog celebrates it’s launch nine years later.  It just sort of hit me as a very good sign.
