This is not to say that EJ&#8217;s standard handled razors aren&#8217;t good. They are quite good. But for some reason, and it may be only me, I tend to get a slightly better shave with an Edwin Jagger short-handled razor. Conversely, I get some great shave with other long-handled razors like the Vikings blade Vulcan and Adjustable Crusader.:)<\/p>\n<p>So, it may be the unique geometry of the EJ razor head. For me, it pairs up better with a short handle.:) Edwin Jagger makes a wide variety of safety razors.
