Here’s an early Christmas gift for all my blog readers.\u00a0 The George 2010 Christmas ornament!<\/strong> Simply download and print out!\u00a0 It’ll dress up your Christmas tree and remind you of this Christmas for years to come.<\/p>\n

It’s a PDF file.\u00a0 You can get it by clicking on the image at left of simply click here.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

You can left click and open the file in a browser window or, right click and select “Save as” to download and save to your computer’s hard drive.<\/p>\n

Once saved to your own computer, you can open it in the PDF viewer of choice (Acrobat, Evince, Okular) and print out.<\/p>\n

Many blog readers know I run Linux on my studio computer. Linux offers a very powerful desktop publishing program called Scribus<\/a>. I used Scribus<\/a> to design the ornament art and page, lay in all the text, and output as a PDF.<\/p>\n

So, really, you get two gifts!\u00a0 A George Christmas ornament and a free desktop publishing program that runs on Linux, Windows and Mac!<\/p>\n
