My Kindle displays a recent Solitaire win.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>I really love my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B0051QVESA\/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=oneclilin-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=B0051QVESA\">Kindle<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border:none !important; margin:0px !important;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=oneclilin-20&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=B0051QVESA\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" \/>. \u00a0 I can take all my books with me quite easily.  It&#8217;s light, portable, and the battery lasts at least a month!<\/p>\n<p>When I&#8217;m not reading books, my Kindle does a good job as a calculator, stopwatch, and gaming device (through the use of installed programs).<\/p>\n<p>When I&#8217;m at the drawing board and need to stir the creative juices, it sometimes helps to simply do some other kind of activity. The process is a lot like\u00a0trying\u00a0to\u00a0remember\u00a0something that&#8217;s on the tip of your tongue. When you stop\u00a0struggling\u00a0with trying to remember, the lost piece of info pops into your head. \u00a0 It&#8217;s the same principle. \u00a0 \u00a0When I stuggle too much in\u00a0trying\u00a0to find a gag or idea for my comic strip\u00a0<em><strong>George<\/strong><\/em>, I pick up my Kindle and start\u00a0playing\u00a0Solitaire, Blackjack or other game. \u00a0 Sometimes, I&#8217;ll read a chapter of a book or a\u00a0Sherlock\u00a0Holmes short story.<\/p>\n<p>Then Boom! \u00a0An idea comes to me out of the blue.<\/p>\n<p>I highly recommend Kindle! \u00a0The games and other applications are\u00a0reasonably\u00a0priced. \u00a0 Usually \u00a099 cents. \u00a0Surprisingly, some games are free.<\/p>\n<p>The best part is the selection of books. \u00a0Kindle books are very reasonably priced. \u00a0And there are tons of free books! \u00a0Pick up Twain or a Sherlock Holmes collection for free! \u00a0Charles Dickens, Robert Louis Stevenson, \u00a0Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, etc. \u00a0Whjen you own a Kindle, all these classic books are\u00a0available\u00a0for free download at <a title=\"Kindle Classics\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/s\/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&amp;field-keywords=classics#\/ref=sr_kk_1?rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Aclassic+books&amp;keywords=classic+books&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1332895244\" target=\"_blank\">amazon.com.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Get a Kindle and get lost in a book (or game). \u00a0It might inspire you, too, when you&#8217;re trying to solve a problem or remember some piece of information..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I really love my Kindle. \u00a0 I can take all my books with me quite easily.
