A couple of reasons come into play as to why.<\/p>\n<p>First, it&#8217;s because they were made from \u00a0premium materials. \u00a0Brass and bronze were incorporated throughout. \u00a0And the chrome\/nickel plating was done is such a way that they&#8217;ve held up for decades.<\/p>\n<p>Even though they are 50, 60, or 70 years old (or older), many of thee vintage razors are still in great shape!<\/p>\n<p>Plus, these vintage Gillette razors were mostly manufactured in America. \u00a0So, it&#8217;s rahter nostalgic taking a step into yesteryear and use a safety razor similar to one used by your father or grandfather.<\/p>\n<p>I was quite lucky to find a classic Gillette razor (at a very reasonable price) on Ebay! It&#8217;s in wonderful shape!
