Count me among those who are waiting for the price of flat panel HDTVs to fall even lower than they are now.  The high price of these televisions is what inspired this comic strip (and the fact that I’m reluctant to spend that amount of money for one).  Although, I recently saw a Samsung 50 inch advertised for under $2,000.00.  It’s the Samsung PN50C7000 50-Inch 1080p 3D Plasma HDTV (Black).  Someone call me when it’s $500.00.
